RULE #1 OF YA: The First Guy always gets the Girl
  • Subsection A: Except in the Case of Rule #2
  •  
RULE #2 OF YA: Under no circumstances can best friends be together 
  • Subsection A: This realization must always cause irreparable damage to said best friendship
  • Subsection B: The Girl must be completely oblivious to said best friend's love

RULE #3 OF YA: Happiness does not last
